I suspect that you're trying to access an overseas station which doesn't hold the international broadcasting rights for its cricket commentaries. Accordingly, when the station's server sees your IP address, it blocks access. (For example, nearly all BBC sports commentaries are blocked to overseas users for that reason).
The only way round it is to route your internet traffic via proxy server in the relevant country. However free proxy servers are often too slow for reliable audio streaming (and, since the owners of the servers frequently don't know that they're being used as proxies, its actually illegal to use them). Also, the radio station will still block access from any domestic server which it recognises as a proxy.
Which country is the station in?
Chris
