Actor Denis Lill has been in all three.
He was in Doctor Who: Image of the Fendahl, Blackadder's Christmas Carol and the Red Dwarf episode Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse, voted one of the best episodes by Red Dwarf fans (I was in the audience for the recording of that one).
