I suppose it is possible to be quite different. Jeff & Beau Bridges are also full brothers(Wikipedia) and they have even less similarity than the Vines.

We love Tim Vine in Live at the Apollo etc - his "one-liners" are so funny, corny yes, but still have us laughing - good clean family jokes. Pity he speaks so quickly, I miss some! Yes he is brother to Jeremy Vine.
