Big Brother: North South divide is this series evidence???
I've tried to watch BB before but never lasted more than 10 mins because the people were like.. not people I could identify with.. Too loud, too showy, to superficial, no real character, etc. and I'm not familiar with people like that.
However, strange as it is this year I can really identify with the folks on BB, they are just like people I know, grew up with, have worked with, went to school with etc.. Except for Rex that is.
Is this because they are from the north, like me. And I just can't identify with Southerners? I ask if others here both North and South have noticed anything like this.

I mentioned it on a previous thread, controversially announced that i was proud to be a Southerner after watching BB....
I think thats the case in the house too, Northerners dont understand the Southerners and vice versa.

Rex is not your typical southerner, he`s a posh tw@t trying to act streetwise, a bit like Darren Day

He lives near me :o( But he is posh to the extreme!

To be honest they've all started tp get on my nerves, wonder if that's what's happening in the house they're beginning to irritate each other.
It's not that I prefer Northerners, I can understand them. Know where they are coming from and what they are about. Where as sutherners, they are like aliens to me, doesn't mean I don't like them, I just don't get them. Find it hard to communicate & don't seem to have much in common with peoples sarf ov brummy.
