The people watching it?
Question Author
Or the people who don't watch it but feel the need to tell the world they don't watch it?
Nah.
I used to like Nadia Sawalha, but to say she wanted to call the police is ridiculous.
She is also diving in the middle of people having a heated discussion.

The whole point of BB is to put a bunch of people of different race, age and some with personal problems etc.
Then put them all together and wait for somebody to light the touch paper.

And what happened to free speech and giving your opinions?

I can't understand the derision that Big Brother gets sometimes. It seems as if it's de rigueur to denigrate both the programme and the people that watch it. I can't understand this.

I have no problem with people who don't like it. The choice is theirs to make. I personally dislike Eastenders and Coronation Street with a passion. I think these programmes are depressing and often poorly performed, shot and scripted. However, I am well aware that millions of people love these shows and I don't think any less of those who chose to watch them.

When all said and done, Big Brother is a slice of entertainment. And from a social and psychological aspect, it's a fascinating one. How do different people cope with stress? How do they 'play' the social game (that we all play daily) of interaction with disparate groups and individuals? How far can individuals be pushed before they break down or explode? For me, it's a deliciously fascinating look into the psychology of self and because every series features different people, the interactions and reactions are always unique.

If you don't like it - fine. But don't insult other people's intelligence because they do.
Hear Hear Birdie - well said!
It's becoming "the Nadia show", I wish she would shut up, she is an interfering busy body.
Well said trt. If they censor what people say then the whole thing is pointless.
The question mark indicated it was open to debate. Sheesh.

It's always an open debate, Zacs, but what question mark?

Do you an opinion on the link?

Have ^

perez without a doubt, he turns everything that happens into a drama about him (although nadia has gone rapidly from my fave to the bottom with kh & ph)
All I can say is that Ken Morley must have boosted BB's viewing figures. !
Cant help feeling this has been a set-up. And what happened to all this free speech that people have been shouting about. ?There is no such thing in the UK.Then there was the whimpering, simpering, crocodile teary eyed girls version of what went on in the toilets. What a joke this programme is.
so you think its ok for some one to expose another persons breast without consent? (as admitted by jeremy himself)

You mean it is all down to clever editing and Ken hasn't been a tad racist, homophobic, sexist and a general dick?
It might not be ok mcfluff but am I the only one to agree with Ken? She went into a confined space with a drunk man when she was naked apart from a wrap around robe. In my day his action would have got him a slapped face, not the hysteria that we have seen. I do think she over-reacted, did you see her dramatic sobbing?
how should you react? i love how people justify his behaviour by saying she is at fault
I certainly didn't mean to imply that she was at fault, just that the reaction was a bit OTT, her hysteria and that of some if the housemates. What do *I* know though, I didn't even know that the "n word" that Ken used was considered nacist nowadays.
"it's a deliciously fascinating look into the psychology of self ..."

Rubbish - it equates with the Victorians viewing the inmates of Bedlam - nothing but a freak show.
^ sorry "racist".
