Hi, I recently got Freesat but have somehow turned audio description on. Incredibly annoying! I have spent hours trying to turn it off and can't see how to in the instruction manual. Can anyone please help? Tia.

If Sandy's link doesn't help, please tell us the make and model of your Freesat box (or your TV set with Freesat built into it, if applicable). There are lots of different devices available and they'll all have their own menu structures for accessing the option which you're seeking.
