Anyone listen to Gold?

We have it on at work in the morning, but there is so much other noise, you cannot really listen. All last week I was being driven mental by an advert they played (breakfast show) again and again, and I am just curious as to what the ad is for - like I say, you can't really listen.

Anyway, it's of somebody talking, and he sounds like the honey monster - that or throat cancer. Anyone fill me in?
