What has happened to Rae and Kev on Leicester Sound?

I used to listen to Rae and Kev when I worked in Leicester - I see that they are no longer with Leicester Sound - what did they do? did they get the sack?

Hi thanks for replying - I had seen this but it doesn't say why - I had read on a blog that they were just left to see out their contracts rather than being sacked - so wondered what had had happened

Sorry, can't help you there jj.

I do find it annoying when people vanish off air with no explanation.

I wondered as well and now there is a new guy on the morning show. He mentioned that listening figures were down in January perhaps Rae and Kev were asked to leave. I find it annoying that they just disappear without a word. this happened the last time the morning crew were replaced. I have looked in the net to see if they are on another station, but haven't found anything.
