Can I listen to Radio 5 on my mobile? (Samsung J600)

It's only got an FM radio but can access the internet although it's only a pay as you go & I don't want to pay any extra. Also, what's the difference between a ringtone & a realtone? Sorry for being a bit dumb about this & Thanks

ringtone is a ringtone of a song
a realtone is the real song, as you would hear it on the radio.

Dont no if you can listin to radio 5. just tune the freqrecy of the station on the radio on ur fone
