I am trying to find out whether a radio station here in the U.K, Sunrise Radio is available in U.S.A If so how

You should be able to listen live online if you have access to a suitable computer

Otherwise I think not

You can listen online, so unless they have a restriction in place so you can only listen with a UK based IP address you should be able to. (and if they do have a restriction in place there are ways round it)
