What do the numbers mean on sky tv

On SKY TV i get a blue band on screen which reads this number for your imformation when signal not being recieved ? what is it for ?

i think its an error code that allows them to locate the potential fault quicker. they still take you right thru everything tho - tis truly painful.

it is an error code all you have to do is tell them what code it is and they know what is wrong
