I am trying to find a some from nip tuck. This song is on every single episode during the show when drama or something sad happens. This song is slow with no words. Can anyone help me?

Chances are it's part of the score rather than a track that they are using, from your description. There is a soundtrack album, but it only seems to contain music used in the show rather than the score, which is by James S. Levine.
