A one-armed window cleaner?

Can anyone remember a programme (possibly back in the 70's or 80's) that had a one-armed window cleaner in it?

Or am I just imagining it?

Irish bloke....he was also O'reily the builder in fawlty towers...

He was a very funny man daniela. I used to love those sitcoms.

HK, I don't have Sky or I'd probably watch the re-runs! (Sad, I know).

And the poor sod didn't really have one arm - he had to have it strapped up so it looked like he did.
