Sky plus

We've had sky for ages now and the box is on its way out. We are thinking of getting sky plus but I have had a look at the skyplus page and all I can see is packages for the sky plus and talk, sky plus and broadband or sky plus and both. We just renewed our broadband with our usual provider and added talk to it so I dont need any of that. Can I just upgrade to sky plus without all of this?

lol I agree with that elvis, I hardly ever watch cos its so crap tv yet im sat here with a monk on cos I have sound but no picture even though im not interested in whats on.

You dont have to phone anyone to upgrade, you can do it all online.

I upgraded my ordinairy Sky box to a Sky plus box AND went multiroom without talking to anyone, just did it online here

I think you need to "logon" so you may need your sky logon details.

I had been plucking up courage for ages to phone the dreaded Sky phone number, as I cannot stand dealing with them. After many months of putting it off, I phoned and ordered and it was really painless - the engineer turned up the following Saturday and it was all done quickly and efficiently. Wish I had done it ages ago cos it is brilliant. Good luck!!
