Does anybody else hate sex and the city like I do.? Now the films coming out its everywhere, I even had a 24 page special in with news of the world yesterday instead of the normal magazine. They reckon every woman can relate to one of the characters, er no sorry. If I had a group of friends like that they would really hack me off. Going on about shoes Blah Blah Blah or their sexual conquests, er don't want to know. Give me desperate housewives any day. And breath.

I never saw what all the fuss was about when the series was on and I was glad when it finished and everyone stopped rabbiting on about it.
Now its bl00dy everywhere again and I'm sick of the sight of the lot of them, especially that horse-faced SJP...

I would have loved the 24 page special! I adore SATC and I cannot wait until the 28th. I will be prebooking my tickets and queuing for good seats, too. :))
I just hope the movie does it justice... then, I hope there's a sequel. :)

Much to my wifes dismay, I find SJP irreverently ugly.
Women are meant to conform to the new stereotype of being sexually liberated and shopping/shoe obsessed. I find the whole thing quite trite, superficial and shallow. But then I know a lot of women who are trite, suuperficial and shallow, so I guess the stereotype sticks and SATC justifies their ambitions.

we'd look pretty silly walking round our local market town in Jimmy Choos. ha ha oct we both live quite close to a convent :-) They do some lovely jesus creepers though

Might be more interested in shopping if we had any shops to go to, as well. A day out shopping would mostly consist of Woolies, Boots and a few charity shops!
