everybody loves pulp fiction, and tonnes of people have seen it.

can anybody tell me the name of the song used when the credits are being shown at the beginning. its kinda a gansta song, with piano and guitar. sounds a bit itallian?

I think that's 'Misirlou', by Dick Dale (King of the Surf Guitar): kicks off with a buzzy guitar (surf guitar), and a shout of 'Huh! Huh! Haaah!' - apart from that, an instrumental, with trumpet, and piano.
The song shown over the opening credits is indeed Misirlou by Dick Dale.
