Why was there more votes, after each Country had voted at the end, and from who, never seen that before?

First lot of votes were from each Country's Jury, the next were from members of the public.

They were the "people's vote". I'd got a bit bored by then. Portugal were obviously going to win, and the UK didn't exit with nil points, so that was ok.
