Hmmmm...since my favourite just left,I'll now put my money on Alison. Saliha,though her food is gorgeous,never strays from her roots. I'd love to see her tackle and create a more western menu.

I think what matters is cooking something that the judges will like ; whether or not one ' stretches ' oneself

The point is that each round gets harder and harder so you have to try and show new skills and cooking methods
