I was surprised to see Dr. Gardner in Casualty on Saturday. I thought she had left two weeks ago.

She was a central character a couple of weeks ago as she saved Connie's daughter's life. All charges against her were dropped although it's likely that Connie will still be out to "get her". She never left to my knowledge.

Question Author
After the hearing, she told Connie she would be seeing Hansen in the morning. I assumed that meant she would be resigning. Hence my surprise at her brief appearance in Saturday's programme.

OH says she only resigned from her post as the boss of department and went back to being a consultant.
