Number For Bt ?

Have any of you kind people on here got a number for someone in authority in BT? for 25minutes on hold only to get someone from india who cant understand my scots accent and i have no chance of understanding his,they said that they sent me an email to say my line rental was due, i did not get it so now i have lost my discount simple? try explaining that to SANKAPA no chance.

We had trouble contacting BT by phone a while ago and so frustrated that we emailed the CEO and complained. We got a reply straight away and assigned a senior complaints team who dealt with our complaint until it was sorted. His name is Gavin Patterson. [email protected]
