I have been waiting all day for my Aldi delivery. I paid extra to get it today. Went on tracking site. It was in "the hub" at 8.57 am. Never moved all day.
I was constantly checking it. I was worried as we were going at at 6.15 pm.
I found a phone number and rang it. All automated. Asked for reference number. It started with EL. Automated voice couldn't understand, she kept saying is it AL, or DL. I repeated it 17 times she couldn't even understand Echo Lima. Eventually I was transferred to a voice. They admitted there was a problem and order had not moved. Gave me another phone number to ring in the morning to try to arrange another delivery.
