Of course, thank you Mamya.
Mamyalynne has beaten me to it. (I don't watch 'Casualty' but I recognised his name in the cast list on the Radio Times website):

He looked dreadful, - made worse by the ice blue denim but played a good role.
I know it's only tv but it is supposedly portraying life in an A & E department so a doctor leaves his shift, goes after where he thinks a patient might be and then climbs up the big wheel to comfort/rescue her. Utter nonsense.
TV Drama , poetic licence I guess, if you want realism then 24 Hours in A&E is one not to miss.
Robin Askwith hasn't aged well has he?
Yes, it's a tv drama but I understand that they have, or used to have, a dr on standby to teach them the correct medical terms and how to do procedures so that they look realistic so they must care to a degree about getting things looking/sounding right. So why do they then go to a ridiculous extreme with some of the story lines.
I can't bear that man and he's popping up everywhere. He always looks as if he is need of a good wash
And an iron ^^^
I always thought that the 'comedy' notion that gorgeous women found Robin Asquith irresistible was about as believable as that of the poor ladies doomed to be the 'clippies' for Stan and Jack's particularly unpleasant attentions in On The Buses.
