Pc Not Recognising Scanner

I recently switched to the BT super fast Hub for my wi fi and now my PC says it cannot detect the scanner. Any ideas?

If the scanner is wireless it needs to be tuned in to the new BT router.
You will need to put in the code that your new router.

thanks but the scanner/printer works ok for printing so surely the connection is already there
Check if it is selected in your network selections. If your printer is wireless it will recognise hub regardless in some cases.
Plus if you are using homegroup you may need to add the scanner again.
Try reinstalling the scanner driver. (That's usually what's needed when the printer function works on an all-in-one device but the scanner doesn't. I've no idea why you should need to do it after changing your router though!)
go into control panel / devices and printers right click on your printer scanner model and select sharing Check share this printer.
