Trying To Remember This Super Heroine/horror Film

I'm trying to remember this this film about A woman with amnesia and monstrous superpowers. I cant remember much but during the film we learn she was a villain of some sort but was some how defeated and lost her memory. She can transform into some kind of CGI demon and in the conclusion of the film she fights a general/soldier who has some kind of copy of her powers.

The film was in english but it might have been dubbed.
