Why is Steve getting the blame for the bus crash? Everyone on the bus saw the two cars racing each other and cutting in front of the bus. He had to swerve to avoid them. Again ridiculous story line by the script writers.

Even more ridiculous is the fact he managed to see a therapist about his depression within a week of seeing his GP! x
Barsel: here here! It took me 6 years!
Hi Dizmo, you should go to live in Weatherfield. You can get a house, a job, a doctors appointment all on the day you ask for one. x
A house and a job in the same day isn't as far fetched as it may seem but a doctors appointment on the same day? NO WAY! ;)
Maybe he's a BUPA member?
Everyone is blaming him for Shenade 's accident but she was not wearing a seat belt. She got up to pick up a phone up off the floor.
It's human nature to apportion blame and as Steve was the driver the finger is pointed at him. People need an outlet for their anger.
Nobody is going to say that it's Sinead's fault for not wearing a seat belt because she is in a tragic situation.

Steve's therapist definitely looked like a private one, not NHS.
I hope they handle Steves depression story sympathetically. In my experience men find it harder to talk about their feelings and emotions.
Even though we've moved on there still seems to be a bit of stigma about mental illness. I hope it changes!
dave I agree with you it's time they sorted the script out the program has gone to the dogs
Cloud cuckoo land!
///Steve's therapist definitely looked like a private one, not NHS./// hc4361 do the private ones look different? Anyway, he's not even a therapist, I think he's a teacher from Waterloo Rd. x
He was from Waterloo road...His voice always sounded like Eeyore to me, lol!
He's dead in Waterloo Road.
no mention of a police investigation, story line has gone riduculous
I know he's dead...that's why I said WAS....
The police did not even close the road for two days to carry out an investigation, as they do on the M25.
// a doctors appointment on the same day? NO WAY! ;) // I am lucky then ring Doc's 08.30 get appt same day.
I thought they were angry because he just wandered off and left them to it without showing any concern rather than actually being responsible for the crash.
But this is TV, who wants to wait months even years before Steve sees a therapist, we'd be bored to death !
Good point ,chaptazbru2. We are still waiting months on to find out who killed Lucy Beale in Eastenders.
