Am racking my brain to remember a film or a drama I've seen recently that has a National Geographic magazine featured in it.
Think it was one of the characters who either wrote or liked a particular article. It was not part of the main story just a little touch, where at the end, some years later, a relative or descendant of this character was in a waiting room somewhere and was given this edition of the magazine to read.
Really vague I know but it's bugging me, OH thinks I've been dreaming, so please tell me I'm not cracking up!

The book and film, The Bridges Of Madison County, feature a male photographer for National Geographic. In the movie, he is played by Clint Eastwood. Not as good as the book though.
Was it from 'The Leftovers'?

Never watched The Bridges of Madison County merylpeep so couldn't have been that, but thanks anyway. Could have been The Leftovers delboy because I did watch that, just remind me of where the NG came into it.
Think it had something to do with Kevin (Justin Theroux) and his father (Scott Glenn), who had prompted him to read a particular article in NG. Can't remember what the article was about, though.
Question Author
Yes you're right delboy, thanks for that, at least I know I'm not dreaming!
