Who was the man in the scene at the end who had the picture of bluebells on his wall? Other than him, I think I'm up to speed, I still think the woman from the other murder, Clare, is up to no good!
he was the father of the 2 girls who went missing in Sandbrook
and had been having an affair with Clare...
he was the father of one of the two girls who went missing - one found, one still missing. I agree its too convoluted this tie. I used to look forward to the episodes of the first series but Im not too bothered about this one. Its not gripping.
It doesn't have to make sense
because it be in Darzet - aaaargh !

Charlotte Rampling as prosecution QC is taking instructions from the victims parents ( er... what ? ) and is even planning to charge them ( fees) I think ( erk ?)

Sort of CPS gone mad - and it is not even old law ! - so any more subtle plot holes I am prepared to ignore .....

Good views of Bridport Sands and the stretch from West bay to Burton Bradstock tho
Sorry yes he was the father of the murdered girl from Sandbrook
Thanks, I should have realised but he looked different in that last shot. What on earth is the Quirke character up to, I have differences with my off-spring, but...!

Pauline Quirke (Susan Wright) confuses it for me even more because i can't remember what she had to do with it as well as her son, who she has now accused! What was that lad doing staying in her caravan and where has she been? I can see this going the same way as 'Missing' where you feel you should watch it even if you don't always understand it. x
I do have trouble remembering some of the first one now

Here's info on Pauline Quirke's character

Oh yes, I think the lad said in the first one that she gave him keys to look after it while she went away but she didn't come back? Or something along those lines....
We also find this second series confusing. It's silly to run two parallel cases.
So glad I gave up already...
I've given up!
After the awful ending of the first one I didn't even start.
I am losing the will to suspend disbelief.

Last week's episode was appalling. This week's was a bit better ...
Thing is. It's stretching credibility now as it showed waiter service in Nandos!! As if...
Well, as with Missing, I am hooked on Broadchurch, but have the subtitles on which helps due to that unnecessary background music.
