The Beeb Has Disappeared

Ever since Freeview changed its channelling recently, I have lost the BBC. Can't get 130 for News. Can't even get Ch 1 or Ch 2. Have a 42" Samsung and I don't know how to retune it. Help !!

Press MENU on your remote and follow the instructions after that.

After MENU, then press set up, then re-tune.

My BBC channels are where it always was, the BBC channel number numbers haven't changed on my screen. There ought to be a button on your remote control for you to reset the box?

alternatively, when we have had problems, we've switched off the Freeview box for a few seconds, switched it back on, and it's reset itself.

It's as easy as Janbee says in your 1st and 2nd replies. I have a Samsung and I had to do it.
