I'm a bit surprised we have not had a thread about this series yet so I thought I would start one
No spoilers but I thought last nights events would occur later in the series

I have never watched it but saw a picture of the cast the other day. They all look like they should be at school. Are they incredibly young looking or am I just getting really old?
I loved series 1-3 but have to wait to see series 4, I don't have sky.
I don't watch GOT on tv but have the first 3 series on disc and do read some of the spoiler blogs. The demise in episode 2 being so early in the season was a surprise but that's the way GOT does things.

As for it being a young cast, there's a good mix of young and old.

How gorgeous would the children of Jamie and brianne be?
I would advise anyone who can to watch it
It's the best thing on - I know that's not saying much though
I'm slightly disappointed that he who died, died do quickly. He was so deliciously evil, and a truly loathsome character that it was brilliant to see how evil he got in each episode he was in.

And yes, it's one of the best things i've ever seen on TV.
The specific event you are talking about from last night is actually quite early on in the forth book, i believe, so probably timed about right.

Really enjoying this series and yes I think jamie and Brianne should end up together x

Yes Boo
He who died did not suffer enough - I am going to miss that character though
Good portrayal by a young person leaving acting for an academic life
Good luck to him
I don't have Sky Atlantic so I,too, have to wait for the dvds, but having read the books I think I know to whose demise you refer. It was a necessary move, and what comes next will have dire consequences for a most of the other characters in that location. Good stuff to come.

Oh Marwel - you have really wet my whistle
Can't wait for next week
After all the care we have taken on this thread not to say what happened,I have just opened next week's Radio Times and the preview gives the game away in the first sentence.
Fantastic series. They never fail to do something to leave the viewer open mouthed though not usually as early as this I agree. Couldn't have happened to a nicer character though!!! His 'baiting' of my favourite character was really making my blood boil!!
I've seen series one to three, and have just finished the second book. They re very different, lots been changed in programme. Looking forward to watching series 4 tho...
I love this series. especially the different characters. I can't wait to get to know how it will go on.
