I love the Reacher books, well, most of them anyway, and when my wife told me they were making a film I was chuffed, as we'd often talked about who would be cast as him in a film.
But when she said, "Who would be the worst ever Hollywood star to play him?" I immediately knew it was going to be Cruise. Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!
