Anyone any idea what the episode was called where they got a cuckoo clock and ended up nailing the cuckoo inside? I think it was one of the early b/w shows but could be wrong. I got the box set of the whole lot yesterday from my son, 57 episodes plus two xmas specials but would really love to see this one first.

S1, E2:

The Bird
Harold has met a woman called Roxanne,who is coming round to the Steptoes' house for a meal. Albert is not happy. Suppose she and Harold get together and leave him. Roxanne is an hour late in turning up,by which time the dinner has spoiled and Harold tells her to push off. What a pity he didn't realize that Albert put the hands on the clock forward and she really was on time.

They sometimes have the odd episode on 'Challenge TV' I just have to watch, not only for the laughs but it brings so many memories back of cosy nights in with the family when they were kids. Laying on the floor, sprwled over the settee, pajama's & cocoa... Ahhh!!
