Why are all the EE cast leaving?

First Rickaaayyyyy, Then Bianca, now the whole of the Jackson tribe seems to be going. Are they all written out permanently then? And why cant they get rid of the REALLY annoying ones like Ben?

It's a hard show to work on with it being aired 4 days a week. Some of them have to do lots of travelling as well.

Carol was on loose women today and said she'd be back, I think, in 6 weeks.
