Did anyone see Laura van derHeijden 14 year old cellist on the programme tonight. It's still on BBC2.
Absolutely superb. not a great music lover but had me glued to the screen.

No, I haven't watched the full programme yet - although I did see the young percussionist, and thought that she wa very talented - looking forward to watching it on IPlayer later on today.

All I can say is this usually shows us that Britian really does have talent

I posted the same last week, wonderful programme and i picked her as a winner long before she got to the final. A brilliant cellist, with a big future.
She reminded me of a very young Jacqueline Du Pre.
