What's wrong with his mouth?
Why does he try to keep his lips together when he's talking?
Has he got bad teeth or something? It's so annoying!
Has he been in anything else and did he speak the same way?
It certainly limits his emotions as an actor in my opinion.

Andrew Lancel is the one with the 'funny mouth'
He spoke that way when he was in the Bill, so it's not a character thing

Everybodys mouths , eyes, noses etc are different,not very nice to make derogaory comments about someones personal appearance.
