music played in the tv series VERA

hi all
does anybody know the piece of piano music that was played on the tv series vera today 22-01-2012, I believe it was a piece by chopin but could be wrong, it was played nearing the end of the programme, would be grateful for any help.

I am so gratefull to you for finding the answer for me, that is exactly the piece that was played on the programme, and as i am just learning the piano i would love to play the piece myself, maybe one day.
