A mate of mine has a story he wants to offer to the National Enquirer, or similar tabloids like The Star and The Globe (I think that's what they're called). But the websites for those publications cannot be viewed in the UK for some reason. Any way you can log on to their websites in the USA and post on here any editorial contact details, preferably email addresses, so I can pass them on to my mate? He'd be very grateful.

All of those publications are owned by the same company, American Media Inc. He could try looking up the contact details for the parent company.
It's blocked because they quite often run stories that breach UK law, so they stopped making it visible here so they can't be held liable for any of the unsubstantiated stories they run :)
