accordingbto my newspaper Cher is top with the Jagger song, however Radio Two are playing a Jagger song by Christine Aquilera which is not in the charts Whats going on?

Yes, Christine Aguilera is on the A list with Moves Like Jagger.
I wouldn't really expect Cher Lloyd's Swagger Jagger nursery rhyme to get much air play on Radio 2

I like the Cher song - perfectly obvious why it's top - it ticks all the boxes.
