Name of a Film

Black and White Film. About a young family, Mother, Father and Daughter, The daughter is either ill or has an accident and requires a donation of some sort, but the family are Jehova witnesses,
the film show the prejudice they recieve and the angst of the mother, there may also be a court room scene of some sort! from what i remember the mother wants to give in to her religous beliefs but the father is adamant.
i watched this as a young lad so some of these memories might be wrong and i could have got some of it wrong!

The daughter falls off a cliff onto the rocks below. As a result she needs a blood transfusion but her parents refuse to let her have one.
