Help. I want to know the movie
I think this is a 90s thriller movie.
Mid scene:
All I can remember about this movie is the lead character made a deal with CIA operative to assassinate a drug baron with the use of laser guided missle.
The lead character crouched far away using a binocular to see if the drug baron is present in his home. He confirmed this with the CIA operative and gave the go ahead to the jet figter to fire. They were succeful in blowing up the drug baron's home killing his family along with his kid which was located on top of a mountain but the drug baron wasn't really present. The drug baron found out what happened and is pi$$ed and he wanted to retribution.
Does anyone know this movie? I have seen this years ago shown on TV and it's doing my head in.
