Vendetta film.

I remember watching the beginning of a film once, I had to go somewhere so I didn't see much past the beginning, but it looked like some family vendetta film.

What I saw of it had a female police officer after a criminal, and when she found him, after a short conversation he attacked her and she killed him.

The next scene (I never got further than this one), depicted some men sitting around a table thinking about what should be done for the murder. A man that I assume was the killed criminals father, took a sword from a cabinet, walked up behind one of the men and stabbed him through the head, saying afterwards:

'If I could do that to someone I like, what could I do to someone I hate?'

I think that is how it goes, but it was a couple of years ago so my memory may be rusty.

That sounds like the one, I can't remember Bruce Willis but maybe I didn't watch far enough to see him.
