Excerpts from the musical film Hello, Dolly are used in Wall E.

The song "It Only Takes a Moment" by Michael Crawford (AKA - Frank Spencer) is played when Wall E imagines holding hands.

The other song, again from Hello, Dolly is called "Put on Your Sunday Clothes". The first phrase mentions "Out there..."
