Could be 'In Bruges' when Ralph Fiennes is unseen and on the phone, talking to Brendan Gleeson's character. Gleeson is pretending that Colin Farrell is with him in a hotel room and on the toilet, when in fact he's out on a date with a girl. Fiennes asks Gleeson if he's doing a number one or two. A brilliantly quirky moment that seems to highlight how unhinged Fiennes character is as much as anything else he does.
