film title unknown(hellllllpppppppp!!!!!!)

This is rather vague,apologies in advance,im looking for name of a film,possibly out around 2005,but could be anytime from then on,i remember the poster as being a cityscape,but nothing more,the premise possibly involved a biological/nuclear/terrorist attack on an american city,or even aliens,i remeber containment suits for some reason,no big stars as i remember,and i think it was called something like "not on our doorstep",but again,thats not set in stone,can anyone help,its driving me crazy!
