Shawshank Redemption ?

Ok, having watched this film yet again I have a problem.



Andy escapes through a hole in his cell wall, which is covered by a large poster of Raquel Welch.

After he has gone through the hole (about 18" diameter)how does he then manage to stick the poster which looks looks to be about 2.5 to 3 feet wide and about 5 feet high, which is roughly centralised over the hole, back down on the wall ?

How did Red get into Mexico without a passport?

Great film, loved the ending when Andy looked up and saw Red walking towards him. One of the all time great endings .....

Wharton - there are endless places on the border to cross un-notced. The Mexican Immigration Authorities are a lot less twitchy about an American crossing into Mexico than the Americans are about Mexicans coming the other way.

superb film.

many films have little slip-ups.

one that my late father told me about (he was in the air force, and worked on vulcan bombers)

in 'thunderball' when bond finds the vulcan on the sea bed, and goes inside the bomb bay - and then up through the aircraft to the cockpit ... there is no access between the cockpit and the bomb bay
