of a film made in the 90`s,it was about a british family in the 2nd world war.all i can remember about it was that the kids were playing on a derelict house,and the young girl lets the young boys have a peep down her knickers.
and also the families daughter falls for a yankee soldier,and also the daughter makes a comment like"i hope they bomb,mrs so and so`s house because she is a stuck up cow,,or words similar.

I thinkyou will find its Land of Hope and Glory, if it is then Sarah Miles plays the mother and the young daughter gets pregnant by a Canadian soldies who comes back at the last minute to marry her and there are younger kids too. I think it as made before the 90s and re run.
