Why do I dislike BBC Breakfast TV's Chris Hollins?

Why do I dislike BBC Breakfast TV's sports presenter Chris Hollins so much? Is it his high pitched voice? Is it his annoying "A very good morning to you"? (What's wrong with "Good Morning"?) Or is it just because I hate sport?

He's 37, she's 48 - I don't think there's a 'relationship' there. And I doubt whether Carol would be attracted to that high pitched whiney voice of his.
