Contact your local Enviornmental Health Department for advice. You will probably have many, many flies attracted to the manure and there are health risks from the dust generated by cattle and bedding.

As above, I'd try Environmental Health but also check with planning just in case there are any restrictions on any planning in place such as not being able to keep livestock so close to a residential properly. |
