Property held in trust

We used to rent a house that was held in trust and we know that under the terms of the trust it could not be sold until the children that it was held in trust for had reached a certain age (the trustees told us). Is there any way that we can find out the full details of the trust (we would like to buy it if it comes onto the market)? Thanks
