An associate of mine has been wrongly issued with 5 parking tickets in the past year. 4 have been rescinded and one is pending.

This chap is now thinking of writing to the parking company saying that if any more tickets are issued incorrectly, the company will be charged for his time (he's self employed) at £xxx per hour plus the cost of the parking ticket.

Would he have any grounds to do this successfully.....i appreciate it might have to go through small claims etc but if someone stipulates the terms and conditions before hand and then the company mucks up again, they'd have a suitable case.

Thanks
