Do the police get involved if my dog has been attacked my another dog?

Doubt it - a woman I work with has had her cats shot at and they din't want to know about that.

No they only get involved if a person is hurt, they will tell you to contact the dog warden.

Contact the dog warden who will patrol the area, we recently witnessed a cocker spaniel being set upon by a couple of staffies, apparantly not the first time this had happened by these dogs and the owner who was not that bothered , , I kicked the dogs off and at that point the ****** owner ran across shouting at me to stop attacking his dogs, , i could have knocked his flippin head off, I was so flippin angry ! anyway helped the woman to the vets with her cocker which was in a bad way and reported it to the police, they chased it up and have told the bad owner to muzzle them and not allow them free roam on the park , what is it with some people, them dogs must have been chastised to do what they did , its not on , the owner wants 50 lashes ! dick head ! (so in a nutshell report it ! )
